To all the folks who thought it couldn’t be done: Cory and I conquered this deck!

Our goal was to upgrade our upstairs bathroom on the cheap. This took us about 2 days and we spent $260. If it weren’t for the sheetrock work and trim painting, we could’ve wrapped it up much quicker!

• New light fixture
• Framed the mirror
• New towels and shower curtain
• New towel hanger
• Replaced cabinet with shelf and a picture of Argentina

I finally finished up our half-bath! New plumbing/faucet/sink, electrical, sheetrock repair, tile, and paint!

We are finally done with the kitchen and breakfast nook! A few weeks ago when Mom and Pop Mich were in town, we built these killer benches, sewed up some “custom” pillows, hung two fixtures, painted a wall, and more…

But we’ve been waiting for the bench cushions (technically they’re mattresses) to be delivered – And now we’re done!
