Bathroom Upgrade

Our goal was to upgrade our upstairs bathroom on the cheap. This took us about 2 days and we spent $260. If it weren’t for the sheetrock work and trim painting, we could’ve wrapped it up much quicker!

Evan’s birthday, May 2010: Locked ourselves out of our new home
Our anniversary, May 2010: Sealed grout for 5 hours
Katie’s birthday, June 2010: Moved into our new home in 100 degree heat
Evan’s birthday, May 2011: Katie was sick all day/night
Katie’s birthday, June 2011: Car A/C broke while driving mom around town

Lakehouse 2010

These pics pretty much sum it up! Absolutely awesome time with the Griswold crew (but we did miss Mike, Heather and Grace).

Katie’s folks have rented this lakehouse a few times now — The first time was the week of our wedding in 2008! So basically, we feel like it’s our lakehouse at this point.
